Well, it’s been a month now, and this episode is later than I ever intended. I wish I’d gotten it out sooner. So it goes.
Show Notes! On this episode you will hear:
- Blue Jupiter – Time After Time
- The Moon Rays – Sophomore Werewolf in Love
- Ball In the House – Ashmont (You’re Gone)
- Appalachian Association of Sacred Harp Singers – Africa
- L-Squared – Spam
- Blue Jupiter – Sir Duke
Oh, and as the comments below indicate, I misspoke when I said that Sir Duke was a Blue Jupiter original. What was I thinking? If you want to hear one of their great originals, go listen to Green Shaggy Carpet Ride. And as a reminder, they’re looking for a new tenor and bass!

Great show, but just wanted to let you know that Sir Duke is not a Blue Jupiter original – it’s a Stevie Wonder original. Also, the Real Group did a fabulous cover of it years ago.

Chad!
Yeah Michelle’s right, but hey it’s all good. I really dug both Blue Jupiter tracks and look forward to picking up their live release over at Acatunes.com.
Incidentally, THANKS SO MUCH for playing our track on this month’s ‘cast! I hope everybody enjoys listening to it as much as we enjoyed recording it.

Hey Chad,
Thanks for including L-Squared’s “Spam” in this episode. We appreciate it! And we have plenty more a cappella to come, I’m sure.
And now, for something somewhat different: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hpIPAdIOdY
