Wow! I stumbled into your podcast after a casual mention by Brian Ibbot in Coverville and boy am I glad I decided to look you up. Every episode has been stunning with fresh and exciting tracks that I frankly could never hear any other way up here in Wisconsin. Keep up the good work, you have a subscriber for life.
Suggestion for show #50 - can you please find an a cappella cover of 'Killing Me Softly' done by Lauryn Hill without the rap and "uh huh uh huh" crap stuff all over it? She's got such a stunning voice I'd love to hear her sing without the Fugees messing up Roberta Flack's masterpiece. Barring a Lauryn Hill cover, can you get a 'Killing Me Softly' a cappella cover by any other female vocalist?

I'm relatively new to your podcasts and have nearly caught up with all the casts - I'm at least up to 2008! I wanted to say congratulations on such an excellent show.
I have a suggestion for you, the Halloween episode got me thinking: if there are so many recordings of particular songs, such as Lion Sleeps Tonight for instance, perhaps do an episode that is ONLY versions of that song by different artists. It could be really interesting to be able to compare the different interpretations - a bit like with the Olympics being able to compare the divers... you sort of become an armchair expert after seeing the same dive a few times. With hearing the same song a few times we could become iPod experts of the different ways acts interpret a song!
As an experiment it might be a fun thing to try.
